A few steps away from the Taormina center and from the Greek-Roman Theater, the Monte Tauro Hotel overlooks the marvellous Sicily sea with a view that spans from the Gulf of Naxos to the Etna volcano. Built in the 1970’s according to a futuristic project, it has maintained, after a complicated restructuring, its same character of sophisticated modernity, finding in the new project a new image of refined design. Precious materials were selected for the new internal areas: exotic wood for the floors of rooms and balconies, waxed stucco as solidified silk for walls and ceilings, exclusively designed furniture and a suffuse lighting that follows environmentally friendly criteria in all common areas. The Monte Tauro Hotel has a large panoramic swimming pool with a Jacuzzy corner, a restaurant with a view of the Gulf of Naxos, a grill bar by the pool, a meeting room and a parking area with surveillance. The 100 rooms of the hotel are decorated in a modern style and overlook the marvellous panorama of the Taormina coast.
