Locanda Don Serafino has a contemporary and delicate style, without excesses and with a nod to the past but without nostalgia. Located in the ancient cellars adjacent to the Church of Miracles (UNESCO monument) in Ragusa Ibla, the La Rosa family offers a cuisine where everything blends: the culture of the territory, its flavors, and its pleasures. A natural inclination to select excellent ingredients that Chef Vincenzo Candiano interprets with skilled mastery. The rooms have been perfectly restored and alternate to host wine-bar services and a cigar list. But it is the gastronomic offering that takes center stage, with dishes from both the sea and the land, accompanied by an interesting wine list that includes labels from around the world.
