COOKING CLASS IN A LOCAL AGRITURISMO

10.30 transfer from the Hotel to a local Agriturismo, a family-run farm. A stone building in an enchanting location surrounded by nature where peasant art is found in its purest form. The experience includes 2 hours cooking class (11:00 to 13:00) and an aperitif with cold cuts, cheese, olives and Guttiau bread. During the cooking class the participants will learn how to prepare home made pasta called Chiusoni Galluresi, ravioli and Seadas.

  • 2 hours Cooking lesson in the morning (from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm) – Group experience with other guests
