Discover the flavors of the city through a journey that will allow you to walk through two historical districts of Cagliari: Castello & Marina. Let the food and drinks tell about its history and the different influences the city went through. In the Marina district we will make our first stop, discovering the seafood tradition with some samples of aperitifs, from mussel soup to fried gianchetti, accompanied by a glass of wine.
In Castello, in a charming workshop near the Elephant Tower, we will discover the traditional culinary tradition of the Sardinian hinterland, its cold meats and cheeses, accompanied by a glass of red wine.
