COOKING CLASS & MOZZARELLA MAKING IN LECCE

Learn the wonderful art of mozzarella and discover one of the treasures of Apulian cuisine: "the Burrata". If you have arrived in Puglia and you have been attacked by the desire to taste a good mozzarella or a very creamy “Burrata”,this is really the right experience for you! It may seem difficult at first to make cheese, but guided by the expert hands of our "Casari Masters” everything will be simple. "Mozzarella", "Burrata" and "Nodini" are the typical delights of our dairy production.
