PASTA MAKING CLASS IN LECCE
The aim of the lessons is to teach how to make traditional handmade pasta using flours and healthy ingredients! The lesson is a real full immersion into the world of traditional pasta with the preparation of: "Orecchiette" and "Maccheroncini al ferretto" with seasonal vegetables; "Trìa" and "Sagne 'Ncannulate" with chickpea soup. Tasting of the two pasta dishes prepared during the lesson and addition of an appetizer of salami and typical cheeses. Tasting of two glasses of wine.
