An unforgettable journey into traditions through the authentic flavors of Calabria, set in an ancient farmhouse surrounded by vast vineyards.

The cooking lesson lasts approximately 3 hours, during which you will have the opportunity to learn how to make pasta using traditional tools to create a variety of shapes paired with classic sauces. Discover the secrets of Calabrian fried delicacies, such as fritters, croquettes, and the famous peperoni cruschi. You will also prepare a seasonal dessert inspired by the freshest local ingredients.

During the session, you can taste local wines, cheeses, cured meats, and other specialties.

The experience concludes with a tasting of the dishes you’ve prepared in an elegant dining room overlooking the stunning vineyard landscape.
