Plese note: 
The hot air balloon has no steering system, so it is not possible to determine an exact landing point. For this reason, our crew will follow the balloon to its landing site and transport the passengers back to the takeoff point. 
In case the flight is canceled by the pilot due to bad weather, no penalty will be applied. Passengers will also be offered the opportunity to reschedule the flight for another date.
